Update on My Life as a Designer

Recently, as you may know if you follow my instagram account: Mark_William_ , I have created a dress. It is only the second dress I have ever made, but I think it turned out pretty well! Anyways, on a post on my personal facebook page with another picture of the dress on it, a photographer, named Franey Miller, commented that she would be interested in doing a shoot or two with me! I was ecsatic because if you look at her work, you can see her raw talent and ambitious attitude through it! I was so honored and, of course, accepted this offer! At the same time, my friend from elementary school, Y, who is an up-and-coming stylist sent me a message asking if we could do kind of a themed shoot with Franey! I also accepted this offer, and the themed shoot has become my main project of the moment. This shoot will feature 3 pieces created by me, styled by Y, and shot by Franey. I am calling this my prefall collection!
I can not wait to show you all what we end up creating as a team but, sadly, until the shoot is done, I will be super busy preparing for it! This means that posting will be at a lowly minimum for a while until I can get back on my feet as a designer :( Please expect this to be about 2-3 weeks. I will still post as often as possible, but ye be warned...

BUT WAIT, THERE's MORE!

I have decided to try something new for those of you who are interested... I am going to do a day-by-day review of the DIOR SPRING BALL NAIL LACQUER. For the next week or so, I will be taking you on a journey in nail polish. I will take a quick picture or two each day to show you how my manicure is holding up. At the end of the day-by-day I will make one long post with all of the pictures from each day to give an overall review of the polish! I will be very interested to know if you like the concept or not, so please let me know with your comments, emails, messages, etc.!

DAY 1 - Dior Spring Ball

Polish is a light, fresh, peachy pink with silver shimmer. Brushes on smooth without leaving strokes visible. I set with base and top coat in clear from Rimmel Pro (very cheap and very good). Looks and feels perfect ;) Only sad thing: high price! At Sephora, this polish is 24$. So far, though, loving the results!
