THE Perfect Autumn Cupcake

As you may know if you read my post entitled "The Quadrangle", we (the Quadrangle) enjoy baking! One of our favorite things to bake is cupcakes! Baking cupcakes has been a Quadrangle tradition since the beginning of time, and will continue to be a Quadrangle tradition forevermore!
Yesterday, in the spirit of Autumn, we decided to make pumpkin ginger cupcakes! This recipe was super easy and fun to complete. This particular recipe could be interpreted as one for frosted muffins, just due to the fact that the cake is much more dense and not as sweet than that of most cupcakes', but despite what you prefer to call it, it produces wonderful little beauties perfect for any autumn get-together or party! As an added bonus, you get to have your house smell like the epitome of the autumn season while they are baking!
This is what the cupcakes look like:

I, personally, believe that sweet things are good for the soul, so long as they are eaten in moderation. They can induce immediate relief from a tough day at work or even bring a group of people together through their baking processes. I highly recommend giving the recipe a try this holiday season! You can find it at the link below:
P.S. We made our own DIY vanilla frosting, but because the cake has such a versatile flavor, you could use practically any kind you please! I think it might be good with a lemon icing, cream cheese whipped frosting, or even a simple canned Betty Crocker's!
