Revlon Free Spirit: Smoky Natural Blue Eyeshadow Look/Review

When it comes to eyeshadow blue is one of my favorite colors to wear because it can give an interesting glow to green-blue eyes. However, it is quite hard to make a look with blue eyeshadow that is natural. I have filmed a video showing a blue smoky, yet natural, eye look using Revlon's ColorStay Eyeshadow Palette in Free Spirit.

This look is one that I have, in the spirit of the Cruise season, been wearing A LOT. It is subtle, but interesting, and the nude shade in this palette is PERFECT.

Products I used:

-Revlon ColorStay Eyeshadow Palette (Free Spirit)

I love these colors! They are completely matte, though do not have fantastic color payoff, which I like sometimes. They can tend to get chalky, so on dry eyelids, this palette WILL NOT work.

-Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer (Original)

This primer is HEAVEN. It is slightly moisturizing, keeps eyeshadow from creasing for long periods of time, and make colors more intense in pigment.

-Maybelline Great Lash (I See Blue - Limited Edition)

I love the Great Lash formula. It dries quickly and does not flake or leave specks under your eyes! This blue shade is so much fun, because from far away, it just looks like a neutral shade, but up close, it is blue, but not overpoweringly so.

-Ecotools Eye Brush Set

This brush set is very low priced and small enough to carry with ease. I love how soft the bristles are without feeling too plush. The mirror is a nice bonus :)
